| Roy Chilton began playing guitar as a teenager in rock and dance bands before attending the Royal Northern College of Music as an orchestral double bass player. He soon worked with many major orchestras: The Scottish Chamber Orchestra, The London Chamber Orchestra, The London Philharmonic and Royal Philharmonic Orchestras, BBC Radio Orchestra, and many West End musicals, including Sweeny Todd, My Fair Lady and Cats. Roy currently organises and teaches guitar in a thriving music department at Trinity School, South London.
